MEGAPASS DATA LICENCE ===================== megapass.info is published by Polymer Studies, LLC. The published dataset — /data/resorts.json, /data/access.jsonl and /llms.txt — is a derivative database. Its mountain geometry and statistics (coordinates, lift counts, vertical, trail length, the destination groupings) come from OpenSkiMap, which publishes under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0. Under ODbL's share-alike terms this derived database is therefore also offered under ODbL v1.0: https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/ What that asks of you, in short: * Attribute. Credit "OpenSkiMap / OpenStreetMap contributors" and, if you like, megapass.info. * Share alike. If you publish a database derived from this one, publish it under ODbL. * Keep it open. Do not use technical measures that restrict others from using it. The pass terms in these files (day allowances, shared pools, blackout dates, prices) were collected from each operator's own public pages and APIs, with the capture date recorded in each file's `_meta`. They are facts about published offers; this notice does not claim copyright in them, and it does not grant any right in the operators' trademarks. Season dates and live open/closed status (`season`, `season_begin`, `season_end`, `open_now`) come from skiresort.info, and measured snowfall history (`snow_ots_cm`) from OnTheSnow; they are credited, not licensed by us, and this licence does not cover them. The site's source code is not covered by this licence and is not published. NO WARRANTY. Operators change calendars, rosters and prices mid-season. Verify with the operator before buying anything.
